"Helping students to find a path to purpose is one of the noblest aspects of teaching"
When students encounter a problem, have them use the four-step problem solving method to overcome it. The four steps can be repeated until a solution is found.
Problem Solving Teaching Method:
- Define a problem (to understand what the goal is and what is keeping you from reaching that goal)
- Make a plan for solving the problem (include information and ideas that will be helpful)
- Put the plan into action
- Check the result
DO DON'T
✔be on time everyday, attend the session ✖be the first person to leave
before the teacher open the link
✔ask what you can do to help ✖put off doing a task your teacher has given you
✔ask many questions ✖be afraid to ask to if you don't understand
✔cut down on working hours outside of school ✖work at all if possible, you will need
time as much time while you are learning
I Like the part of "Do" and "Don't" it includes a lot of nice tips to follow where it's effective and make remarkable changes
ReplyDeleteYour explanation is very clear and interesting.. And I think this method is really efficient if we apply it with our students since it will aid them to the right path.
