What I think about teaching and learning process

Life is a learning experience where education is considered an essential part of it. Teaching and learning is a process that incorporates new behaviors and skills to an educator life by acquiring new skills, values and behaviors. Imparting information and encountering knowledge at the same time is a challenging in which a teacher can meet her desired goals. It is important for a teachers  to build a healthy, effective relation with her students and to create a positive environment for optimal student learning to occur and this can done only if we accept learners as they are, understand them by looking at the situation from their perspective and the use of techniques and tools that help learners better understand their feelings and values. Directed instructions must be accompanied with experiences that enhance student readiness and grasp their attention to go beyond the given information. First setting positive climate is one of our purposes, sharing feeling and thoughts with learners, since an appropriate learning takes place better only when the subject is related to personal interest. In addition, we have to recognize that students are different, and they learn in different way so we have to manage our strategies including a well level of preparation, designed materials to fit their needs and provide them with innovative, challenging and purposeful activities to let them be engaged in learning. Thus you have to love teaching truly, you must have the freedom and power to give them signal boost and this can occur only through loving your career.
